About Our Managed Services
Plannet has devised an automated management model that offers our customers a unique alternative to outsourcing or hosting internally.  By blending both the efficiency of automation with a focus on subsystem integration we achieved a more powerful and affordable way to manage your environment.  We also constructed a way in which to leverage your existing resource investment so they can be integrated into our solution.  In total, Plannet’s product and service offerings represent an automated, integrated and efficient system for high volume network and security event transaction management.

Network Management Services
In December of 2003, Plannet launched its comprehensive Managed Services for new and existing customers.  This service was modeled after a very large Certificate Authority (CA) security company and a leading Fortune 500 managed service provider.  We combined best-of-breed products and practices to create a higher level of visibility and security than was possible with the current competition that focuses their attention on Fortune1000 firms.  We are strategically positioned and can support thousands of customers from our secure Network Operations Center at 226 North 5th Street in Columbus, Ohio.

Plannet offers unique network management solutions that can be customized to meet your requirements. Our facilities are redundant and geographically separated per compliancy regulations.  We have developed applications for wireless technologies, endpoint management, firewall log analysis and VPN solutions.  Our VPN architecture can connect to all major VPN gateways such as Cisco, Nokia, Checkpoint, Windows and Nortel. 

For many of our customers’ mission-critical on-line businesses, the availability and responsiveness of their websites, remote offices, interconnections and other network components are of great importance. By providing an external view of accessibility and availability of their applications, hardware and connections, Plannet’s Network Monitoring offers the following:
